These terms describe how you may use Kabo and the basic responsibilities each of us takes on.

Using Kabo
You must have the right to use the accounts and data you submit to Kabo, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use Kabo to infringe others' rights, circumvent platform restrictions, distribute malware, or engage in illegal activity.
Analysis results
Kabo provides analysis and topic suggestions based on available data, with no guarantee of views, revenue, or any other business outcome. You decide whether a suggestion fits your audience, your brand, and the rules that apply to you.
Your content and our product
You keep the rights to your content and data, and grant Kabo only the limited processing permissions needed to provide the service. Kabo's software, brand, and product design remain the property of Kabo and its licensors.
Changes and termination
During the MVP, features may change, pause, or be removed. You can stop using the service at any time; we may also restrict access if an account poses a security risk, violates these terms, or the law requires us to act.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kabo is provided as-is and is not liable for indirect losses or for business decisions made based on its analysis. Rights and obligations that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.
