Kabo plugin support

Help with Kabo in ChatGPT, Codex and other MCP clients. Kabo is provided by DEALISM PTE. LTD.

Last updated: October 21, 2026

What the plugin can do

Research public YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts, trends and videos. Your AI client uses Kabo’s data tools and research instructions to prepare answers, content ideas and text drafts. Try asking it to compare two public channels or analyze a public video link.

The public plugin does not publish, schedule, edit or delete social posts, send messages, or read private account analytics. Kabo’s web and mobile apps may offer different features. Missing public data cannot establish private reach, retention or revenue. Recommendations do not guarantee results.

Connect your Kabo account

You need a Kabo account and a client with Kabo enabled. Tool availability and usage limits depend on your Kabo account and the client. Kabo’s allowance is separate from your AI client’s limits.

Enable Kabo in your client and choose its connection or sign-in action. Sign in on kabo.sh, review the permissions, and approve only a connection you initiated. Return to the same client and ask Kabo about a public video or account to check the connection.

If your client supports custom remote MCP connections, use https://kabo.sh/mcp-pub. See the MCP connection guide below for setup and sign-in. Contact support if you cannot find the connection controls.

Permissions and saved work

Account permissions identify your Kabo account; offline access lets the client renew its connection. Data access can retrieve public evidence, save candidate sets and create data jobs. Video access can create a saved analysis and use your Kabo allowance. The consent page may describe permissions shared with other Kabo clients; the public plugin’s tools determine which actions are available.

Answers and text drafts are prepared in your AI client. Kabo can retain retrieved evidence, transcripts, frames, data jobs and analyses used by its tools. Saving these records does not publish content to a social platform. See Privacy for the data categories and retention rules.

Fix a connection or research problem

If sign-in fails or access expires, reconnect from the same client and check that you used the intended Kabo account. If a permission is missing, review the requested permissions before authorizing again. Never paste credentials into the chat.

For empty or partial results, check that the link is public and supported, and narrow the topic or date range. Deleted, private or unavailable content may have no usable evidence. A temporary provider error does not mean that an account has no content.

If a task is pending, ask the client to check the existing task rather than start another one. After a timeout, check its status before retrying. If an evidence download link expires, request a fresh link through the original tool.

Allowances and unavailable features

Data retrieval and video analysis may consume your existing Kabo allowance. The tool description explains the applicable usage. An unavailable or exhausted allowance can prevent a request from running; contact support with the error and task identifier for help. A retry can create additional work, so do not repeatedly restart a pending task.

Disconnect, revoke access or delete data

To stop using Kabo in one client, use that client’s controls to disconnect or remove Kabo. This does not delete stored Kabo data, remove copies already in the client, or disconnect other clients.

For help revoking Kabo access, email support@kabo.sh from your account email and identify the client. Revocation stops token renewal; an already issued access token can remain valid for up to two hours. Disconnecting or revoking access does not cancel work already started, which may finish.

To request deletion of your Kabo account and associated data, follow the deletion guide below. It explains verification and retention exceptions. Manage conversations and downloaded copies separately through the client that holds them.

Contact support

Email support@kabo.sh with your client, what you tried, when it happened and the error code or task identifier, if available. For account access, correction or deletion requests, use your account email; we may need to verify ownership.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, access tokens, API keys, signed download links or unnecessary private content. Remove sensitive information from screenshots.
