TODAY'S REELS AUDIO

See which Reels sounds are actually climbing today

This board tracks sounds seen on Instagram's public reels surfaces and looks each one up several times a day to see how many reels use it — and how many were added in the last 24 hours. A sound climbing fast is worth more than one with a big lifetime total, so that is what the board ranks on. The top five are open to everyone; a free account shows the full board and today's fastest risers.

“New in 24h” is how many more reels picked up the sound over the last day — a sound climbing fast matters more than one with a big lifetime total. Counts were read 2 hours ago across 39 sounds tracked from Instagram's public reels surfaces — a sample of what is circulating, not Instagram's own chart.

Fastest risers

New reels in the last 24 hours divided by the reels a day earlier, for sounds already on at least 1,000 reels and adding 50 or more a day. Big hits rarely show up here — early waves do.

Today

Today's 5 fastest risers open to everyone in 8h 47m. A free account shows them now, while the wave is still early.

From the board to a sound shortlist

A saved reading of two public rows from September 16, 2026, at 12:25 UTC—not a current recommendation or a test of Reel performance.

Don't tell your dreams by LOVIXX
629,135 reels using it; +5,688 new in 24h (estimate).

Ek Dantay by Bipra Bala, Upasana Deb
9,810 reels using it; +1,112 new in 24h (estimate).

What the numbers support: LOVIXX had more new reels in that snapshot. Ek Dantay had fewer total uses and a positive daily increase, so it is a different candidate to inspect—not proof of lower competition or a better chance of going viral. These are reel counts, not views, unique creators, or predictions. The daily increase is normalized from the available observation interval to 24 hours. If a row has no comparable earlier reading, its daily increase is unavailable, not zero.

The next decision: Open the sound on Instagram, inspect a few recent uses, and check whether their pacing and format fit your planned Reel. For a spoken tutorial, first check whether the sound leaves room for the voice. That is a suggested check; we have not auditioned these tracks or tested a published Reel here.

Before using it: Availability in your account is not proof of permission for commercial or advertising use. Check the rights for your intended use; the board does not verify a music license. See Meta’s licensed music library guidance.

01

Read the climb, not the total

The 'New in 24h' column is how many more reels picked up a sound over the last day. A track with two million lifetime reels that added forty is finished; one with four thousand that added eight hundred is the wave you can still catch.

02

Open the sound on Instagram

Every row links to the sound's own page on Instagram, which lists the reels already using it. Watch a few before you film: the sound alone doesn't travel, the sound plus the format people put on it does.

03

Confirm it is cleared for your account

Music availability can vary by account, region and content type. Being able to select a sound does not establish commercial-use permission. For branded content or ads, check the relevant licence or Meta Sound Collection terms before using it.

Frequently asked questions

How do I find trending audio on Instagram?

Three routes that all work: this board (sounds seen on public reels surfaces, looked up several times a day for real reel counts), Instagram's own Professional Dashboard if you have a professional account in the US (Tips and resources → Trending audio), and the app itself — reels with an upward arrow next to the audio name are flagged as rising. Use this board for the daily read, the app for the final check.

Why rank by daily growth instead of total reels?

Because a lifetime total mostly measures age. A song released three years ago will out-total anything from this month while being completely finished as a trend. The climb over the last 24 hours tells you which sounds are being picked up right now — which is the only part you can still act on.

How often is this list updated?

Several times a day. The timestamp under the board says exactly how fresh the read is, and the 'New in 24h' column always compares against a read from about a day earlier. Audio trends on Reels move in days rather than hours; anything claiming minute-by-minute Instagram audio data is overselling how fast sounds actually move.

Is the full board free?

Yes. The top five sounds are open to everyone with no signup. A free Kabo account shows every sound on the board — names, covers and Instagram links — plus today's fastest risers; yesterday's fastest risers stay open to everyone. No payment is involved.

Can my business account use every sound here?

No. Instagram's licensed music library is intended for personal, non-commercial use, and access can vary by account, region and content type. Some business accounts and types of posts have restricted access. A selectable sound is not proof of commercial-use permission. For branded content or ads, check the relevant licence or Meta Sound Collection terms; this board does not verify music rights for your planned use.

Where does the Open link go?

To the sound's own audio page on Instagram — the same page you reach by tapping the sound name under a reel. On your phone it opens in the Instagram app, where you can see the reels already using it, save the sound, or start a reel with it.

Why do these differ from what my own feed shows?

Your feed is personalised to you; this board tracks sounds from Instagram's public reels surfaces, which skew broad rather than niche. Both are real views of Reels — the board shows the wide wave, your feed shows your corner of it. For niche-specific audio, scroll your own niche and note which sounds repeat.

How early should I jump on a trending sound?

While it is still climbing. A sound adding thousands of reels a day is mid-wave and still worth joining; one whose daily additions have flattened has crested, and a late entry only works when the format genuinely fits your content. The 'New in 24h' column and the fastest-risers list are there so you can tell the two apart.
