On top of that, availability is decided country by country — the official pages state that plainly and then do not enumerate the countries, which is why this page shows the rules and sends you to the source for availability rather than pretending to know both.

What public numbers can and cannot tell you

Followers and recent public view counts are visible from outside an account, so they are shown above. Watch time on qualifying videos, policy strikes and tax status are not.
